n this transformative workshop series, you'll learn to navigate the complex terrain of boundaries with clarity and confidence. Through body-centred practices and immersive exercises, we’ll explore how to identify, assert, and honour your personal boundaries in a way that strengthens your relationships, nurtures your soul, and creates a sense of safety.

Why Boundaries Matter

Healthy boundaries are an essential life skill that we should all be taught at school. Without them, we often feel overwhelmed, trapped, or disconnected. With them, we create space to fully express ourselves and invite deeper, more authentic connections with others. Boundaries aren’t about putting up walls—they’re about creating clarity and safety, so you can engage fully in life, love, and growth.

But this skill becomes doubly essential if you're stepping into spaces of sacred sexuality or conscious intimacy, such as neo-tantra events or Temples. It’s not safe to engage in these intimate spaces without a solid level of mastery around boundaries—both physical and energetic. Knowing how to confidently uphold your own boundaries, with a firmness others can sense and respect, ensures that your exploration of intimacy is not only empowering but also safe.

This workshop will empower you to build that inner strength, knowing that you can protect your personal space and energy, regardless of external circumstances.

This workshop isn’t just theory—it’s deeply experiential, with practical exercises that will take you into the heart of boundary-setting. Over the course of two or three immersive sessions (or spread over weeks if it's a course), we’ll explore:

  • Your Unique Boundary Blueprint: Discover the comfort, growth, and overwhelm zones in your life and relationships. Learn how to stay in your growth zone and avoid overwhelm through mindful boundary navigation.

  • Soul-Nourishing Boundaries: Uncover the boundaries your soul needs to expand. You’ll learn how to set boundaries that create space for your deeper purpose and authentic self to thrive.

  • Yes, No, and Everything In-Between: We’ll slow down and explore how to give and receive a heartfelt “yes” and a solid, loving “no.” You’ll begin to see boundaries as opportunities for deeper connection, not rejection.

  • Energetic Boundaries: Practice sensing and honoring the energetic space between you and others, learning to trust your body’s wisdom as it tells you what feels safe and what feels too close. By cultivating this energetic firmness, you’ll notice how others naturally respect your space, sensing the clear boundaries you hold.

  • The Art of Consent: Inspired by Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent, we’ll explore how to give and receive with clear, loving intentions. You’ll leave knowing the difference between direct and indirect pleasure, and serving/accepting/taking/allowing, and how they apply in everyday life.
