This isn’t about performative catharsis or unleashing chaos — it’s about reclaiming your emotional body as a sacred compass, learning to stay present in intensity, and creating the inner space for authentic expression to emerge.

Why Emotions Matter
We live in a culture that tells us emotions are too much, too messy, or too inconvenient.
We suppress our grief, repress our rage, and even hide our joy — until the body begins to numb or break down under the weight of what hasn’t moved.
Emotions are messengers. When we let them flow through, they bring insight, release, clarity, and connection. When we block them, they build up and hijack us at unexpected times.
This work is about re-opening the natural pathways for emotion to move — so you can respond to life with presence, not reactivity.
What to Expect
This is a deeply practical and embodied 3-hour journey. You'll be guided through:
Emotional Activation & Shaking – awaken the body’s natural discharge systems
Somatic Emotional Tools – learn body-based techniques for moving emotional energy (from pillow pounding to wailing)
Solo Journey with Music – an inward emotional process supported by sound
Integration & Rest – a chance to ground and land, letting the nervous system rewire
Harvest Circle – space to share insights and integrate in community
Expect music, movement, deep feeling, safety, and space to be fully yourself.
